Rogers Sucks

rogers sucks because at first they treat you like they're the friendliest motherf#ckers in the world then they start jacking up their fees a litlle each month until you can't afford it anymore it is goddamm ridiculous then they start treating you like crap then they cut services until they cut you off and by the way bell has better internet service... Rogers' customer support employees and management are all morons, the fees are way to high (the employees even waste your time talking about their riches), the coverage is terrible, you get dropped calls a lot, the website ux is terrible, the website doesn't allow you to view your bills in firefox only ie, they don't allow you to both receive bills... Rogers' customer support employees and management are all morons, the fees are way to high (the employees even waste your time talking about their riches), the coverage is terrible, you get dropped calls a lot, the website ux is terrible, the website doesn't allow you to view your bills in firefox only ie, they don't allow you to both receive bills by mail and online (it's one or the other, and if you switch from online to paper then you no longer have access to the online ones).

Why? Because 3g doesn't work in my house. I live downtown. Call Rogers, nobody can give me an answer on updates. I always get the runaround. Then they get rid of the system access fee(bonus right?) Wrong, they jack up plans by 5 bucks and add a $2.50 government fee. Wtf is up with that?
