Missed my connecting flight as we had to stop for fuel... yes, had. to. stop. for. fuel! Sat in the connecting terminal for 3 hours for the next flight.... only to have it delayed for 2 additional hours as the crew had not yet arrived. THEN we sat on the plane for another 45 minutes as they had some mechanical issues.

When attempting to check in 24 hours prior to the return flight, they only had one of two of us on the record. Spent 45 minutes with their help desk attempting to track down our other reservation.

The return flight was cancelled at the last minute due to mechanical issues and when they booked us out the next morning they REFUSED (yes, R.E.F.U.S.E.D) to provide lodging or any food vouchers, the agent said "We don't do that!" Only after going through two agents and two separate supervisors were they able to book us on another flight out the same day... of course, that was after spending close to two-hours on the phone.
