First the games are a tad on the easy side. They are also redundant. Everyone is always whining about chat. Well turn the dang thing off then. Sheesh. The last time I heard this much whining about others causing a problem was when I worked for an agency for the mentally challenged who function at childlike levels. Come to think of it, they like redundancy also. hum... Their programming and customer service is horrible. I've had them say "Oh it is YOUR computer on every problem I ever had." And strangely enough, with NO updates or changes in my computer which works well on every other site, suddenly Pogo will work. Amazing how my computer can suddenly fix itself by itself with NO outside updates. EA is a byword for bad service and running games that should be still in Beta. EA owns Pogo. Their focus is currently on finally catching up with the Flash market after years of everyone else going that way and I get the strong feeling that things like Club Pogo are going to change drastically. Ditto their whole format as it tries to catch up with the younger markets. It's market shares tend to me Middle Class, two year college educated women in their late 40s and 50s. That demographic is aging rapidly and they are not replacing it by attracting younger populations who are more computer savvy and demanding. Without change it will die and it is changing. Much to the screaming of its current customers. Not a good long term bet. Better sites out there.
