Glitchy as all get-out.

Plus their crap email system tends to get blocked by SPAM filters even when their IP address is white-listed. Talked to them at length about this problem and they never bothered solving the issue. Thanks for nothing. Half the time their stupid webpage gets hung up when you're trying to move between question pages, and their user interface is so limited it's laughable. I agree with Jamesstewart, it just sucks.

Just recently figured out that I hate UPS.

Never had experience with their "service" until I ordered a package through Amazon. Went online, checked it daily, it took like two days to get from Minnesota USA to Winnipeg CAN, then it sat in Winnipeg (an hour away from where I live) for about 3 weeks, then it apparently came to my home town, where it was left at some random business, they called me once and I missed the call, and they basically sat on the package for the past month. While this is occurring I tell Amazon this, and they send out another one, this one was sent with "expedited shipping" only it actually takes LONGER than the regularly shipped item. Not only that, this one wasn't even left at some random business, it was marked as "in transit" for like a week, eventually I check the tracking and it's marked as "undeliverable." What a joke. Is it so hard to just drop something off at a post-office? Seriously, what a SHITTY service. I will never order anything through Amazon again knowing that these clowns are responsible for delivering it. Makes me appreciate Canada Post a whole lot more now.
