BA Executive Club flight "rewards" even where...

BA Executive Club flight "rewards" even where there had been a part cash payment cannot be amended in any manner less than 24 hours before your flight and with a return flight, you also lose the the return flight if you cannot get on the outgoing flight with BA....then BA Customer Relations will put you through to their grizzly Sales Department to try to sell you a new return flight at inflated prices having ruthlessly ripped you off your Executive Club loyalty reward....Will actively seek to avoid BA in the future at all costs. Would not bother clocking up loyalty airmiles for BA Executive Club with such a third rate airline that really could not care less about its customers....

Too right and when you actually exchange your 10,000 BA miles for a flight to Athens, if you were unfortunate enough to become ill on the day of travel, guess what??? You lose BOTH the outbound and inbound flight with BA plus the extra £150 you paid to purchase your flights with BA. How on earth can BA justify ripping you off your inbound flight coming back in 4 days time? And if this had not been bad enough they will put you through to their Sales team to try to sell you another flight to Athens at a premium rate of £700-£800. Luckily, I had been covered by my travel insurance and got the same return flights with Aegean airlines for £340 return booked from their website. Who wants to put up with cabin crew with a very low morale from BA anyway? Any other airline has got to be better as BA sucks when it comes to international travel!!!

Have missed important interviews at the Europ...

Have missed important interviews at the European Commission because of BA flight delays and mishandled baggage in December 2007 and foolish enough to fly with BA again on 16th December 2010 as was denied boarding a BA flight because 2 mins late to pass security at Heathrow Terminal 5 - reason being because someone from BAA wanted to try out a new security procedure on my hand luggage and lost my place in the queue...had tried to explain the situation to two BA managers who simply could not care less and blamed me for not passing security in time....other people working at the airport referred to this situation as being "double standards". i.e, managers do not treat all passengers fairly and consistenbtly when they have the discretion to take special action to enable a passanger to board a flight if late...the flight was leaving at 9.50am and I was at security at 9.10am and should not have had a problem getting on this flight but BA clearly did not agree....

Of incompetent complaint handling and very rude staff in Customer Relations.....will try to intimidate customers to give up legitimate complaints.

Serial and compulsive liars that will try anything to try and get out of a situation when the Bank has breached consumer credit law and not provided cancellation rights to the consumer for credit and even tries to mislead customers regarding their cancellation rights under the law. Tries to sell on unenforceable debts to innocent third party debt recovery companies without disclosing the credit agreement is not worth the paper written on. Does not care one iota about the fact that a customer might have twenty years banking history with the Bank. Currently engaged in an expensive advertising campaign to attempt to gain new customers to make up for the drones which have left the Bank in recent years with its appalling complaints handling procedures who will only also leave once they get to experience NatWest complaint handling.

Avoid!!! Any any High Street Bank has got to be better than NatWest!!!
