These pigheaded douchebags think they are above the law and can get away with anything. I am a designer and my Intellectual Property is GOLD. If someone started blatantly copying my work piece for piece and did it in such a smug 'ner nee ner - we're stealing your stuff - can't get us' manner... urgh, WAR. Karma's a bitch Samsung, keep deluding yourself. The phone, the tablet, the software and features, the dock connectors, the packaging, the marketing... it's just not right. I wish some of these judges had children that are designers - they might understand how many years, months, hours and how much blood, sweat and tears can go into designing something - only to have it ripped out from under you. How would you support your children emotionally if they worked as designers / manufactures and the same thing happened to their designs / business / patents? You'd be pissed right? You'd want blood right? So stop pissing about and do something! You're setting a bad example dismissing these claims and saying 'it's ok to rip people off!' - shame on you..
