Wow, so sorry. That is so unfair. I haven't had any technical issues with my literati, but I can't get the books I want so it's pretty much useless unless I just buy any old book. My daughter knows how unhappy I am with it so she is going to give me a Kindle for my birthday. That's what she has, and loves it.

I didn't think you could download apps from different sites. I was told by an employee at Amazon that they only sell books for the Kindle. Whenever i try to buy a book which is rarely because they usually don't have the ones i'm interested in, they shove a bunch of others in my face instead. This infuriates me to no end! They don't care whether you are happy just as long as you buy something.

Why do you hate Kobo? I hate Kobo because the store never has or seems to carry the books i want. My husband gave me this Literati for Christmas about two years ago, and i have hardly used it due to that fact. I really wish they didn't have restrictions on where you can purchase according to what make of reader you have. I feel stuck with this thing now, and wish my husband would have given me a Kindle instead. Our daughter has a kindle, and she loves it. She never seems to have any issues with finding books she wants.
