So just a quick update. Everything they asked for was sent as requested as they requested.... I still Allstate and they will still try to take my money because everything THEY asked for wasnt good enough!?

I went to Allstate a year ago because the rate was cheaper than what I had been paying by a lot. I understood I was getting hit with the young driver fee because at the time I was 23 years old with a new car. They made promises of every six months the payment would lower as long as I never had an accident or any other claims. Sure enough.... my payment only increased! I will be turning 25 in one month now, with no car accidents, tickets, or any claims at all and I am currently paying more than I started at 23! Needless to say I went somewhere else! I jumped back onto my mothers insurance even though with my new insurer I alone would pay 40% less than what I was paying with all state and that's at 24!!! Also with only one car!!! (side note one of my cars should of been taken of my policy but I knew I was switching so I didn't stress it but without that car they were going to raise my monthly amount by $100!!! WTF?!?!?!) So as most people would do with a new insurer, I had them cancle Allstate so I didn't have to speak them. I was there when the fax went through and also to see the letter that would be sent to them. My new policy started june 26 it is August 2 and of course right as I had just pulled all my money over to my savings account I get a notification that my account will overdraft if I do not add the funds! Completely confused and scared I immediately pull fund back out of my savings account to cover whatever was coming through only to find out... big surprise... it was Allstate!!!! So after speaking with my new insurer asking for anything I may need to know, I proceed to call Allstate myself to take another stab at canceling my policy. The lady on the phone was all we will be sad to see you go but if you must go yeah we can do that for you. I then tell her it needs to be dated back to June 26th and they should have the information... all hell broke loose and the woman began screaming at me about stealing from Allstate, lying about cars being in my name, that they had no information on my policy being canceled, and that they will not do anything for me without a fax with my signature! Ummmm but didn't you say it was no problem to cancel just a few minuets ago...? of course there is an excuse for that... "we need proof you want to cancel your policy!" really? I'm pretty sure after you screaming at me and me stating I no longer wanted Allstate... I didn't think they needed any other proof besides the fact that I've had insurance for the past month and they just to ignore it!!! 5 hours later... it's still not canceled... ~_~ ALLSTATE I HATE YOU GET OUT OF MY LIFE!!!! If this is what good hands are like I'm terrified to find out the opposite!!!
